Haleaka Iolani Pule Dooley (Aunty Aka), who recently performed the post-inaugural native Hawaiian blessing of U.S. President Barack Obama, lives her life with the intent of bringing peace to humanity through the ancient practice of Ho'oponopono. The focus of Mission Aloha is share this Hawaiian wisdom of Ho'oponopono and spread Aloha around the world.

Haleaka is native Hawaiian and the direct descendant of Hawaii’s highest ali’i (chiefs/chiefesses) and kahuna nui (the highest order of priest/priestesses).

Born with specific gifts, she was taken and raised by her elders in the old ways. she was not raised with electricity, television, or any modern conveniences, as her elders felt that it would distract her from the true natural powerful forces of the earth, sun , moon and through these to Akua (the Creator). Instructed in the knowledge of her ancestors and trained in a multitude of ways, she stands as evidence of the beautiful creation of the creator.

She was raised to enhance the gifts she was born with and can, in an instant, shift her vision to see the heart of every situation, person or experience (past lives, spiritual attachments, pain/hurts, etc.) she also has the uncanny ability to take her shoes off and plant it on the earth (wherever in the world she is) and see the memories that are held there.

She was trained in hula, chanting, the ancient language of Mu, the ancient ceremonies that honor the powerful creationary forces, the ancient crafts, la’au lapa’au (medicinal herbs), la’au kahea (the calling medicine), ho’oponopono (how to make right with the natural world, the spiritual world, the creator and thru these to self), ho’omana ( how to draw upon, hold, and give siritual power ), tracking ailments (to see whether it is what you did or if it was picked up from someone else, or if it came down your bloodline, or a past life). She is also highly adept at and with the many spiritual/celestial realms. lua (the ancient Hawaiian form of spiritual/physical sel-defense), karate, judo, and tae chi (other forms that heightened her discipline). Haleaka also has two Bachelor degrees, one in Cultural Anthropology, and one in Admin. of Law (specializing in international and land law) both of which she believes she acquired to help the native peoples.

Aunty Aka has lectured on the importance of bringing ourselves back into balance with the earth, the spiritual world, the creator and each other (all our relations) for over 25 years. she has conducted numerous wkshops (hundreds) all around the world and is continually being sought out by countries in turmoil and continue to work with tribes in many parts of the world today. she has and continues to be invited to speak at many united nations sponsored peace and conflict resolution conferences. (Japan, Russia, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, Austria, the Netherlands, Chechnya, Brazil, Israel, etc.)

She says, "Ho'oponopono is Akua's (Creator's) medicine. The ability to make all things right, to bring balance and harmony back into one's life is Ho'oponopono. Ho'oponopono is a true blessing that the Hawaiians have to share with the world."
